H&R GSP

– Chemical Manufacturing Facility and Dangerous Goods Warehousing.

H&R GSP is Australia’s largest wax and emulsions manufacturer and supplier. This project incorporated relocation of bulk flammable storage facility from Coode Island to Laverton.

The project incorporated all aspects of a process project development, including a new processing and batching plant as well as drumming and truck unloading. Core Design & Construction carried out the Process Design, Detailed Engineering, Construction and Commissioning of the facility.

The project achieved the guaranteed production output parameters.

This facility was developed utilising 3D modelling to ensure that on-site construction costs were minimised while allowing for minor re-working.
