CORE DC undertook the design and construction of the new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, including the internal fit-out to achieve compliance with the strict regulatory standards as required by the TGA and FDA.

The facility incorporates clean room manufacturing areas, laboratories, controlled environment inward and outward goods areas; controlled waste facility, introduction of a water conservation system new corporate offices including modern canteen facilities and amenities.

The production facility incorporated specialised HVAC mechanical equipment designed to achieve a strict controlled and monitored pressurised manufacturing environment.
