This was a major project for the Mildura region it involved the design and construction of a new Almond Processing Plant.

CORE DC undertook the design and construction of the new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
The facility incorporates clean room manufacturing areas, laboratories, controlled environment inward and outward goods areas; controlled waste facility.
H&R GSP is Australia’s largest wax and emulsions manufacturer and supplier. This project incorporated relocation of bulk flammable storage facility from Coode Island to Laverton.
The project incorporated all aspects of a process project development, including a new processing and batching plant as well as drumming and truck unloading.
A boutique 34 apartment complex comprising of one and two-bedroom apartments each with accompanying car parking, storage and bicycle facilities.
The complex is within close proximity to restaurants, cafes, shops within the mason street precinct.
The unique development encompasses two blocks of land fronting Watton Street and one block of land fronting Synnot Street.
It will include 11 levels of apartments, offices, two retail premises, a restaurant and 352 car parking spaces.
Sypharma Pharmaceuticals is a well renowned specialised manufacturer and supplier of IV Solution for Medical use.
The project involved the design, development, construction and commissioning of an IV Manufacturing and Filling Facility including working to achieve TGA therapeutic approval.
The project was awarded the CEFPI Education Initiative/Design Solution for an Innovative Program National Award.
An innovative Fit-out of an old gymnasium within the heart of a 1930’s heritage listed building at the University of Melbourne, the interior of the building was converted into a truly flexible and adaptable space.
Construction of the combined Pakenham Library, Hall and Cardinia University of the Third Age Building. The state-of-the-art facility provides the community with a full range of services.
